The Entertainment Guide is out!

Initially when we described our business model very few people believed that we were going to do it, much less do it as quickly. Two months later we have published a small newspaper guide, and have assisted close to 40 artist/bands. We have over 30 videos close to completion and over 110 tracks, and it grows every day.

In a nutshell, the guide is a promotional vehicle for ANYONE with talent and the desire to be seen in a publication. We worked hard to deliver this plan and it will grow.

If you are near a coffee shop or club, go pick one up and be a part of something interesting and cutting edge.

Customers will tell you that they never thought that they would be seeing their bios and pictures within a publication on the street.

This is the next best thing to expensive advertising that people pay large sums of money for through traditional newspapers and magazines.

Our outreach is broad and IT WILL EXPAND!

We intend on promoting video and audio content just as quickly and even more aggressively than the time that it took for us to get off the ground (60 days)!

RATES:
1st Option
$25 Fee gets you:

• A ONE HOUR consultation session to shoot headshots, full length promo photos
• Bio Promo Kit that we use in the Entertainment Guide, on our web site and for booking promotional packages that we send out to respective venues and booking individuals.
• Audio capture of one song, skit or 5 minute performance.
• Video capture of no more than 5 minutes of a music video or skit/performance. This is done in our studio within our green room production environment.
• Rubymoon Studios Booking Management

Advantage of Booking Management:
- Some clients have a higher comfort level of hiring through an actual store front or business
- Some talent may prefer we handle bookings because they may not be available to answer phone inquires throughout the day, due to their existing jobs, children, or other obligations.

2nd Option
$250.00 Fee gets you all of the above without Booking Management. Your number goes on the guide and you get your leads direct from our monthly publication.

Both options are a one-time fee. Once the talent is in the guide there is no need to renew and pay more, with the exception of changes to the talent's information after it has already been finalized and is in print or on the web. Depending on the change, the minimum fee would be $25.00.

Not Set In Stone:
If the talent chooses to opt for the $25.00 fee, then time passes and the talent decides they would like to manage themselves instead, they would just pay the $150.00 fee and their contact information gets added.

All content (head shots, video, and text) will be uploaded to our website where there will be an official section under the Entertainment Guide Directory. Talent's name and price range will go under all categories that apply on an actual print version, a periodical that will be distributed monthly to restaurants, coffee shops, bowling alleys, offices, apparel stores and our studio.

Our print version of the Entertainment Guide will feature a talent of the month in which all talent will have a turn on the front page including short bio.

There will also be extra space to place ads throughout the guide. It will only be advertisement space available to the talent of the guide. No outside ads such as cell phone providers and home loan officers.
