FACTS
* Most artists remain starving musicians until they obtain effective management or pursue traditional business and step up to a higher level of representation.
* Most artists don't realize the myriad of legal matters they face when pursuing a music career. Whether it's copyright law or contract management, there is no easy deal.
* Most artists fail to obtain a fair deal, lose money and valuable time while pursuing their career or big break in the industry.
* Look around, how many home town artists do you know that have had successful runs in their music career. The odds are not in ones favor when trying to make it in the music industry.

Most agencies who represent artists or provide artist management services will initially require an artist to submit photos, bio, content (music) and then require the artist to pay a fee just to review the artist for review OR the agency will charge a fee to produce all of the materials OR they will insist that the artist complete these items with agencies that they are affiliated with.

Most artist do not realize their options and some don't have a clue on how or where to save money. The point is to get all of this taken care of and prepare to get a deal.

RECENT NEWS:
We started our publishing effort promoting all of the artists that participated in our talent search. We started with 10,000 issues to distribute throughout the Central Valley, with no advertising other than the entertainers themselves and of course our studio.

This is only the first efforts to promote the artists with a physical publication that may be picked up on the streets and read. The Entertainment Guide is distributed to bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, restaurants, general entertainment venues, party planners, booking agents, artist community forums, colleges, schools and just about anywhere people pick up reading material.

So why a guide? As we brought artists into the studio and began to create content we knew that the Internet and myspace were not enough. There are many party planners, venue booking agents and consumers who read literature and publications on the streets.

We determined that if we could bring in artists and help them create content at an accelerated rate we could also create other vehicles for promotion and marketing.

Now keep in mind that just about everything that is posted on our artists pages were captured and mixed or edited within a single hour time
frame.

We create much more elaborate CD and DVD/Film projects but that is not what the guide effort was all about. Artists came to us searching for exposure and assistance. We gave it to them at next to nothing.
