Gillette Jon Smith Project - The Mic Gillette Jon Smith Project
can only be described as a new and innovative reintroduction of musical
expression by two of the most prolific horn player/arrangers in music
history. Combined, these two legendary statesmen were responsible for
a greater part of the horn arrangements for Tower of Power and Edgar
Winter's White Trash. Mic and Jon have appeared, performed, and recorded
with Tower of Power, The Doobie Brothers, Santana, The Rolling Stones,
Toto, Edgar Winter's White Trash, Albert Collins, and Boz Scaggs, as
well as many other top artists. They are also credited with performing
on and recording over 500 tracks with some of the most celebrated artists
in the music industry. |

Band - Old

Not 4 Nothin (On the April cover of the Entertainment Guide) is a band that was founded by two longtime childhood friends, who were initially with other projects yet committed to experimenting so that not to be bored. With the help of a supportive vocalist the the three members decided that a project was warranted. Upon getting a demo dispersed to friends and family they received a HUGE reaction to their music. The addition of an accomplished bass player and drummer completed what would be a lineup that would demonstrate creativity and diversity while testing the boundaries of music. This is their mission. They plan to create a concoction of Rock, HipHop, Funk, Blues and Reggae. | |

Conspiracy - was formed in December of 2001.
Their goal is to create a jam-based musical atmosphere for all people
who want to groove and dance to live music. Some of their iinfluences

a unique and different show experience each and every time they play.

Conguero Mario Flores Introducing an exciting latin jazz trio to octet led by Conguero Mario Flores. The group performs jazz, pop and original arrangements as well as Afto-Cuban classics presented in the best of the "tropo-bopo" style. The group is made up of Conguero Mario Flores, pianist/composer Mark Gee, bassist/flutist/vocalist Joel Nixon, Mike Miller on drums and timbales, Rod Harris on sax, Stu Reynolds on sax, Brian Stock on trumpet, and John Ulloa on percussion. |

Midnight
Breeze is
a 2 –piece band consisting of Michael and Sherri Montoya. Just
close your eyes and they sound like a 5-piece band. Michael plays and
records the rhythm guitar, bass and keyboards on a Tascam 8-track recorder
while playing the guitar and some vocals live. Sherri plays and records
some of the percussion and background vocals while playing the drums
and lead vocals live. They have been performing this way since October
2006. This is their debut CD. The music is not easy to categorize since
they each draw from many influences and inspirations. “From 60s
rock to new age, we hope you enjoy listening to our music as much as

Ray Woods has been playing guitar since 1975 and performing since 1995. He plays acoustic guitar and sings (Live) on every song he performs. Using accompanying drums, bass & keyboard that he has composed and recorded, he uses this as a basis of his rhythm for his live shows. His performance is that of a full band sound while using a solo performers small amount of space or stage.

Breeze is a fresh new project from Hughson that combines Country,
Bluegrass, Folk, Gospel and just about everything from the West. Catch

J.D.
Smith is an 82 year young musician who was
born in Oaklahoma and spent many years as a resident of Hughson. He
has roots that go back many years to his childhood where he learned
to play many instruments in his family setting. He claims to love Bluegrass
music and also shared that he had a career breaking horses and was called
a 'Bronc Buster'. Nowadays he's breaking music and enjoying every moment
performing with his friends for audiences. He has deep roots in music
and has performed for radio, television with the likes of Johnny Lee
Wills, George Jones, Wayne Wilson, Roger Tritt (Merle Haggard's lead
guitarist) and the female vocalist for Ernest Tubbs. J.D.'s style is that of Gospel, Honky Tonk, Blue Grass, Folk and Country. It's always a pleasure to catch J.D. at a show and you'll leave with a smile as though you have witnessed something special and rare in contemporary American music. |

Born Luch Fow Eliot - 2LE was born in Norfolk Virginia, yet raised in Northern Cali/Bay Area and aspired to follow in the footsteps of Too Short the Oakland legend. 2LE built a street presence with the (Undercover Crew) and (The Fifth) long before he released his first album. After years of CD hustling he decided to start a label with friends (OFFICIAL FUNK ENTERTAINMENT GROUP) and began extending his reach beyond the streets of the Bay Area he called home. He collaborated with many of the Modesto and Bay Area's best producers and rappers BIG PLAYA, TL, HEX and D,TOWN as one part of the group (Stack-Manics). 2LE helped define the scene's identity, particularly with his album, NIGGA U DONT KNOW ME (1999) his career simmered out quickly however he was a guess rapper on CD's like (T.L, READY OR NOT)2001..( HEX, GAME ON TWIST) 2003. 2LE returned in 2003 after a three-year absence as a reinvented man and the Cali scene was no longer the hot spot. 2LE changed his style incorporating a surprising amount of spirituality on his album (BABY MAMA DRAMA), yet due to label politics the album has yet to drop. 2LE began his recent journey working on a new album with T.L.(MoneyPowerRespesct Entertainment) a partner from OFFICIAL FUNK ENTERTAINMENT GROUP. 2LE is soon to drop for MoneyPowerRespesct Entertainment/Barnyard,Entertainment, which will be titled "Stressed out the Game". Eli
Jee is well known in the Modesto area as "The
Man People Call Elvis". He started out his journey singing at the
age of fourteen. He moved up to singing Gospel while in his twenties and
was noted for his Elvis-like mannerisms and voice. Around seven years
ago he was asked to sing an Elvis song while at a Karaoke contest in Oakdale
where he won first prize. Since this time he has been hired consistently
to perform Elvis tribute material with great praise. He has competed in
numerous Elvis extravaganzas in Laughlin, Boulder City and Las Vegas Nevada.
At one point in his career he was fortunate to run across Joe Espedito,
Elvis' touring road manager who thanked Eli for keeping the memory of
Elvis alive. He takes great pride and displays much passion as he hails
Elvis costumes and performs at all types of local and not so local events.
His performance and shows are a true representation of the King in many
ways. He takes great pride in delivering the best performance that he
can every time he walks out on the stage. Eli is the man people call Elvis.

The South Pacific Dance Company - is a performance entity providing entertainers for dance, music and culture from Hawaii, Tahiti, New Zealand, Samoa and other island groups located in the South Pacific. SPDC contains two performance groups which consist of dancers, drummers, singers and musicians. Kiki Raina Polynesian Revue is a professional show that travels extensively through out California and Nevada. Te Mau Ta’ata Anuanua (People of the Rainbow) is a family oriented group that performs at cultural festivals, senior residences, community and family functions. Rebecca Manandic, owner and artistic director of SPDC. Her experiences include a tour in Japan, tour with East Coast “Hawaiian Holiday” and appearances in Las Vegas. Ortiz-Remy is an aspiring singer/songwriter.
Michelle has had some vocal training and has performed in musical theater,

Lorraine Bueno has worked with and performed for many people, places and organizations during her career. She has performed for the Modesto Theater and Arts in the play "Sound of Music". She also performed for the Barking Dog in Modesto and did a solo performance for the Women's Soroptimist International of Modesto Inc. She has done some great Nonprofit efforts such as Stratford Seniors, Casa De Modesto, Cypress Emanuel of Turlock and Charity Billies of Tracy. For the last five years she has been studying with Wiegman's Studio and has had the opportunity to sing with the Master, Clara Jo Wiegman. In her own words, "I think if I had one goal, one chance, one wish, one dream, that would be to somehow use my one voice, and love for music to help others believe in themselves." |

Manuel
Duarte is another new artist to grace the studio with his amazing
vocal chops and passion. He is beyond and very accomplished when it comes
to range, style and diversity. He is currently working on demos, keep posted on his progress and updates. |

William
Gerardino is a new addition to the Rubymoon Studio backed artist lineup.
His style and influences are diverse and crossover into what some would
say Beatles meets contemporary Jazz and everything in between. William completed the development of his new CD at Rubymoon Studios and he is currently distributing and selling the release. He will be performing at Picasso's during the month of February. Picasso's is located in Modesto on the corner of J St. and 10th. Check back soon as we intend on posting William's official bio. Kathy Canales recently came to Rubymoon Studios in search of representation and promotion. She immediately recorded a few demo songs that were simply amazing. Her passion and musical ability is very impressive. Her range is truly amazing. In the past she has performed and sang for her church in the Bay Area. Locally she sings in and out of her church and is pursuing a career in music.. Kathy has experience performing in productions televised for theatrical performance. Her new efforts are to focus on larger venues, performing Pop, R&B and a mixture of Soul. Look out for this talented young lady. |

Kai
is if not the best, one of the very elite drummers in the Central Valley.
His style is that of a progressive percussion master with a whole lifetime
ahead of him. He is in his early twenties and will no doubt have a major
impact on his next big move. Kai is also currently in search of a major project. Please contact us for more information. |

Stephanie Rivas is young and talented artist. Her styles are a mix of old and new, Spanish and English, pop, R&B, Hip Hop and everyday popular culture. She is currently working on completing her debut solo CD. She has placed in local competitions within the local Modesto community and is already acknowledged as an accomplished vocalist. |

Victoria Hurst
is a new model/artist working on her portfolio to become a well known
and established multitalented icon. She has experience in dance, tap
and is currently writing original music compositions. She hopes to complete
her music efforts soon so that she may unveil it to the world. Look

Ms. Tiffany is a very multitalented artist beginning her singing, performance and modeling career. She hopes to capture the hearts of many and the ears within the industry. Stay tuned as we begin a journey with her that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on the masses. |

Adorthus Cherry recently placed 3rd in the Mr. USA competition in Las Vegas, Nevada this past year. He has big plans and is currently mapping out products and strategies for the future.
